This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application P7M Viewer
(the “App”, bundle ID com.softbilisim.p7mviewer) for iPhone and iPad handles information. The App is
developed and operated by Digixy (the “we”, “us”). By using the App you agree
to this Policy.
P7M Viewer opens, verifies and converts .p7m and .pdf files
entirely on your device. The files you open and any documents you extract or
convert are never uploaded to us or to any server. We do not have access to,
collect, store, or transmit the contents of your files. Converted files are saved only where
you choose to save them on your device.
The App shows advertising provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain data, including:

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another region that requires consent, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for your consent before serving personalized ads. You can choose to receive non‑personalized ads. You may change or withdraw your choice at any time from within the app or in your device settings.
The App offers an optional paid feature (bulk conversion download) processed through Apple’s App Store (In-App Purchase). Payments are handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card or bank details. See the Apple Privacy Policy.
The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, precise location, or any other personal data.
P7M Viewer does not require you to create an account or to sign in, and we do not collect your name, email address or phone number.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for personalized advertising, and on our legitimate interests (and the performance of the service you request) for non‑personalized ads, essential functionality and fraud prevention.
We do not store your files or personal data on our servers. Advertising and purchase data is retained by Google according to its policies. Files and settings created by the App remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.
Depending on your location (e.g. EU/EEA under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. The App is not directed to children and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Because your files are processed locally and are not transmitted to us, they are not exposed to network transfer by the App. We take reasonable measures to keep the App secure, but no method of electronic processing is completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
